Lets Talk Disney Cruise 2010

August 6th, 2009 1 comment

Going on a Disney Cruise on March 6, 2010. 7 Night Western Caribbean – Leave Port Canaveral on Saturday March 6, land in Key West on Sunday March 7, Monday a beautiful day at Sea, full of fun, food and relaxation.  Tuesday we go to the breath-taking Grand Cayman Island and hit the sun-soak beaches and them we head down to Cozumel on Wednesday.  We spend another unbelievable day at sea on Thursday.  Head for the most relaxing day of the cruise, Disney own Castaway Cay Island.  And sadly we return to Port Canaveral on Saturday March 13.

You ask – what’s happening on board the Disney Magic… Breakfast, lunch, soda, snacks and dinner are included everyday. There are three family restaurants where you will experience Disney’s rotation dining. You will be welcomed on the first night of your cruise by your own server who will get to know your families favorite foods as well as your names. Caesar Salad and Hot Fudge Ice Cream Sundae for me every-night, no problem.  Double order of Lobster and extra Escargot.  Each night of your cruise you will be greeted by your same server while enjoying meals offered at each of the three family restaurantson board the ship.  Casual dress, no shorts, collared shirts at all dinner meals.  Dress up one night, Captains Dinner and one night is Pirates Night, need to wear your favorite pirates outfit.  All the meals and snacks are included the price of your cruise. Room Service is available 24 hours. (you may tip your room service delivery person, because the second time you might have to wait a little longer to get your room service…)  Tip – The soda, tea, coffee station is located aft on the 9 deck, it’s open 24/7 and it’s FREE.

What could be more exciting than escaping to spend a fun filled day at Disney’s own private island paradise, Castaway Cay! The ship will dock at the island so you can come and go anytime throughout the day. Winding your way around the white sands and turquoise water of the island you will find separate beaches and endless act ivies for all ages. There is a beach for children only where they will have supervised excursions and activities planned just for them; teens ages 13-17 can have their own fun at the teen beach; adults can relax with a Swedish massage on the beach or just walk along the water in Serenity Bay and the whole family can hang out together swimming and snorkeling together at the family beach.

Your stateroom is your own private retreat at sea! There are 12 categories of staterooms so that you can select just the right comfy getaway space for you and your family. There are four basic styles: inside, ocean view, veranda and suite. Select standard or deluxe to fit your families needs. All offer sleeping for at least three people and the deluxe family staterooms with verandas are just right for up to five people. Three quarters of the staterooms offer ocean views of which almost half of these include a private veranda. Most offer a split bath to make it easier for several family members to get ready at the same time; one room with a shower and sink and another with a sink and toilet. Whatever configuration you choose be assured that Disney has the comfort of you and your family in mind.
